Meet the Elliotts.  Carol,  Craig, Chris and Ben love NewBo City Market and really good pizza.

They have been volunteering at the Market since 2012 and are so proud of the great growth in their hometown. They started by helping to build the raised bed gardens at the Market and have been volunteering ever since.

​

They also love wood-fired pizza.  In 2014-2015, they built a pizza oven in their backyard.  They enjoy creating both traditional and creative pizzas, as well as other baked goods.  A perfect night for them is a baking a margherita pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and then serving up a more non-traditional flavor.  As their oven cools, they bake breads, foccacia, and some of the best meringues. Traditional wood-fired cooking is a time-honored tradition that the Elliotts truly enjoy.

At Aroma Artisan Pizza, they are sharing the joy of pizza.  They will serve traditional favorites that NewBo customers have come to love, and will be expanding their menu to include breakfast pizzas, dessert pizzas, featured flavors and more.​
