Fat Pat's Gumbo Yaya has made it's mark at NewBo City Market. The restaurant officially opened at the Market in October of 2022. The restaurant is owned and operated by Pat of Caribbean Kitchen.

Using creole-based recipes, Pat's gumbo palate includes chicken and sausage gumbo, seafood gumbo, steak gumbo, with more options to come in the future. 

Southern-inspired sides like cornbread, dirty rice, Cajun garlic buttered corn, and kale are also available, including jambalaya. Grab-and-go gumbo to-go will be available soon.
