Meet Amanda. A fun-loving, fast moving foodie with a serious passion for that lovely nectar of the gods…COFFEE! Amanda takes total control of the sourcing and roasting of the beans, giving her the ability to control not only the quality of the green bean, but also the freshness…she will use no bean over three weeks old! She doesn’t “milk down” her lattes or cappuccinos and serves the smoothest espresso around.
Amanda became a barista about 10 years ago…and fell in love! She really connects with both the customer, the beans, and the physical aspect of the work…pulling perfect shots and steaming milk and pouring lovely resettas in lattes. She loves sourcing the beans, learning how they are grown and processed…and then roasting them to perfection.
