Big news from the Market, the 2020 Rock the Block season will begin on June 26! This year, the Market will host this beloved event in a new way. Keeping the health and safety of our community in mind.
The Market Yard will be sectioned into eight-foot squares, spaced six feet apart, for up to six people. This means you, and up to five members of your "quaran-team" can reserve a spot in our yard and enjoy live local music while safely social distancing and supporting the small businesses within the Market.
A $20 per reserved circle cover charge will help us pay our amazing local bands, who are all small businesses in their own right.
Betty Calling will be the first band to grace the Bankers Trust Stage at Rock the Block 2020! This dynamic band specializes in an eclectic mix of music, from the 1960's to the present.
We are so excited to see you back in the Market Yard. So, leave your coolers at home and check out Rock the Block in 2020! This summer, supporting small local business is as easy as eating a delicious meal, drinking a local beer and enjoying some live music with friends at NewBo City Market!
